Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and functional evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate nutrition, lifestyle modifications, supplement protocols, and other integrative therapies.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions accurately and efficiently.
- Educate patients on health optimization strategies, emphasizing preventative care and sustainable lifestyle changes.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain high standards of patient confidentiality and safety.
Experience
- Proven experience practicing functional or integrative medicine within a clinical setting.
- Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and diagnostic evaluation methods relevant to functional medicine assessments.
- Background in patient service delivery, health coaching, and developing care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret laboratory results, imaging studies, and perform comprehensive patient assessments.
