Digital Marketing and Analytics Instructor
Location: Payson, UT
Status: Part-Time
Hours: Monday-Friday; 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Pay: $31.00 - $35.00/hourly

As a Digital Marketing Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of marketing professionals. Under the guidance of the Director of Programs and the Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging instruction, assessing student progress, and refining course materials to stay current with industry trends. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by equipping students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the fast-evolving world of digital marketing. In addition to fostering a positive and professional learning environment, you will contribute to curriculum development, mentorship, and community engagement.

What You'll Do:
Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Instructor include, but are not limited to.
- Provide high-quality instruction that aligns with MTECH's standards and the evolving digital marketing landscape.
- Assisting the Program Coordinator in maintaining accreditation and ensuring program compliance with industry benchmarks.
- Developing and distributing a clear and comprehensive syllabus to guide students through learning.
- Establishing connections with industry professionals and organizations to create student employment opportunities.
- Evaluating student work, providing constructive feedback, and supporting academic growth.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and digital marketing and analytics best practices.
- Offering one-on-one assistance to students who need extra support outside of class hours.
- Monitoring student progress and attendance, implementing academic improvement plans when necessary.
- Promoting the program to prospective students and industry partners to strengthen its visibility and reputation.
- Maintaining accurate records, including grades, attendance, and student placement data, and submitting timely reports.
What We're Looking For:
- Education Requirements: A high school diploma.
- Experience: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least three years of professional experience in digital marketing, analytics, or a related field; or at least six years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and analytics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Organizational Abilities: Strong project management skills with the ability to guide students through real-world marketing scenarios.
- Attention to Detail: Sharp problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in daily tasks.
- Teaching Experience: Preferred, but not required.
