Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure a high level of customer service is always providedGreets customers, vendors, and employees with a smileAddresses customer needs in a polite and respectful mannerGuides callers to destination and records name, time of call, and nature of businessAnswers, screens, and routes incoming calls and takes messages as neededAsks for visitor's name and notifies person called upon on visitor's arrivalMay perform clerical duties, such as word processing, proofreading, and sorting, and delivery of mailMay perform a variety of clerical duties and other duties pertinent to the branchScans packing slips and attaches the digital files to the corresponding purchase orders and/or transfersMaintains reception area in neat and orderly conditionAssists visitors and staff with questions and informationMay schedule conference rooms and order office suppliesMay assist at the cash window receiving cash payments from our customersPerform other various duties, as outlined by supervisorExude, understand, and demonstrate actions according to the Company’s core values.
