We are currently accepting applications for a Director of Operations to join our Mountaineer Upfit team in Virginia.
Some of the Responsibilities of the Director of Operations role include:
- Oversee Production for all Virginia Operations
- Oversee Maintenance of company owned vehicles and equipment
- Support Sales teams with parts and manpower availability
- Continuously provide updates and training for production teams
- Handle customers in a manner that ensures an exceptional customer experience.
- Connect, assess, provide solutions, and follow up.
- Create and maintain relationships with trade partners
- Support the Sales Manager in creating and executing a strong sales plan
- Develop and implement production procedures
- Ensure compliance with Mountaineer Upfit policies and procedures
Physical Requirements:
- Regular travel in an automobile for prolonged periods, approximately 1-4 hours
- Standing, sitting, walking, carrying of items, reaching, handling, kneeling, crouching, bending, and moving vehicles.
- Occasionally lifting objects approximately 25-75 pounds
Education/ Experience required for this role:
- Previous parts industry experience required
- Previous online sales required
- Automotive industry knowledge required
Additional Requirements:
- Valid drivers license
- Acceptable driving record
