Responsibilities
- Perform professional waxing services including body waxing, and facial waxing with precision and care.
- Maintain strict sanitation procedures and ensure all equipment and treatment areas meet health standards to guarantee client safety.
- Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about treatment options, aftercare instructions, and skincare advice.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and available aesthetic services to promote ongoing engagement.
Skills
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in waxing services and skincare treatments.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures to uphold hygiene standards during all procedures.
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate and build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Experience in retail sales of skincare products or related merchandise is a plus.
- Licensure in cosmetology or esthetics required.
