MOUNTAINBREEZE MANAGEMENT specializes in Residential, Homeowner Associations, and Commercial property management. Our company's team of professionals manages an extensive portfolio of commercial and residential properties.

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Cleaning Technician for our multiple portfolios. Our ideal candidate will have commercial and/or residential multi-family cleaning experience. Must be organized, detail and goal-oriented. This is a full-time position.

Excellent customer service skills are required.

Job duties include but not limited to the following:

• Residential Cleaning - Turnover Apartment Cleaning
• Residential Cleaning - Grounds & Exterior Cleaning
• Commercial - Turnover of Vacant Units, Grounds & Exterior Cleaning
• Association - Common Area and Amenity Cleaning

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen and adhere to company drug-free policy upon hire. A credit and background check will also be run.

Post-employment will be the review and acknowledgment of the Rocky Mountain HUD requirements and verification of the EEO class.
