Position: Full-Time Cleaning Technician
Pay: $18.00–$27.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
• Professionally clean and maintain residential and commercial properties
• Follow UpKeep’s cleaning procedures and quality standards
• Communicate clearly with the office and team
• Handle clients’ homes and belongings with care
• Arrive on time and complete assigned jobs efficiently
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude
What we’re looking for:
• Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to pass a background check
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required
