About the Position:

This position requires someone with strong accounting and processing skills, and attention to detail. The Accounting Clerk is responsible for processing a variety of accounting functions in support of Mountainbreeze’s various operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process Incoming AP Invoices-scanning and entry into payables system
• Process Paid Invoices-scanning, mailing, filing
• Maintain Vendor Files-Insurance and Workmen Comp policies
• Perform approved ledger corrections
• Process maintenance request billings
• Process unclaimed properties in accordance with requirements
• Process supervisory fees for all accounts
• Process commission reimbursements for all accounts
• Reconcile credit card transactions and reimburse to Mountainbreeze
• Deposit Commercial and Residential Checks received in Corporate office, as needed
• Maintain Utility log ins and auto pays for Residential, Commercial and HOA.
• Assist with HOA payables as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Accounting background with accounting processing functions including, A/P, A/R and G/L
• Experience in working within generally accepted accounting principles.
• Strong skills in learning and working with various software applications.
• Intermediate to Advance Microsoft Excel skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and simultaneously manage multiple
• demands and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
