OB Tech - Labor & Delivery - Full Time

Currently we are looking to fill the vital role of a OB Tech.
Job Summary:
- Set up for deliveries for new mother and baby.
- Encounter patients in delicate situations.
- Prep instruments and equipment for deliveries, cesareans and other obstetrics procedures.
- May assemble surgical trays and sterile tables, as well as assist with gowning and gloving, and scrubbing cesareans.
- Maintains the inventory and cleanliness in the obstetrics department.
- CNA duties including bathing, vital signs, glucometer checks, and linen changes.
- Responsibilities include admitting patients, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, maintaining records, and running insurance information.
Qualifications:
- License/certification: Current Utah Certificate as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- BLS certification required 30 days within hire.
- NRP certification required within 90 days of hire.
- STABLE certification preferred.
