Job Description: Our thriving private practice is seeking a dedicated and passionate SLP to join our team. We offer an incredibly flexible schedule and the unique ability to see your caseload in their home or clinic. In this role, you will work with a diverse pediatric population, providing life-changing therapy to clients from birth-21 years old. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, individualized care and supporting our therapists with the flexibility they need to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Salary & Compensation

• Competitive pay structure based on experience and your choice of full-time or part-time status.
• Exact compensation per visit will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for children and young adults (ages 0-21).
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to different developmental stages.
• Provide therapy sessions in the clinic setting and/or patient homes.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and early intervention teams.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of progress notes and evaluations.

Required Qualifications

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is strictly required.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Must hold a valid Wyoming state SLP license, OR be willing to obtain one prior to your start date.
• Experience or strong interest in working with the birth-to-21 population.
• Reliable transportation (for home-based therapy sessions).
