Position Description: Summary: The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding/off-boarding to benefits, payroll support, performance management, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with all Federal and State laws. The HR Generalist will assist with policies and procedures and may prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, performance, or company policies. The position requires a bachelor's degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience.
