Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Administrator at Mountain View Senior Living & Memory Care in Greensburg, PA. The Assistant Administrator will support the daily operations of the facility, assist in coordinating resident care, supervise team members, and ensure compliance with state regulations and standards. Additional responsibilities include staff scheduling, addressing resident and staff concerns, managing budgets, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and operational management skills to oversee day-to-day facility operations and staff supervision
- Experience in staff scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with seniors in a supportive and caring environment
- Experience in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing senior living and memory care facilities
