We are currently seeking a full-time Sterile Processing Technician. Pay is competitive and based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Accurately type, process, and fill prescriptions
- Fill clinic delivery, pickup, mail-out, and refill prescriptions
- Process faxed prescriptions and refill requests (Nimble, auto, patient)
- Answer phone calls and communicate with patients, providers, and clinics
- Contact providers for prescription clarifications when needed
- Import and resolve pharmacy system/portal errors
- Perform pharmaceutical calculations related to dosage forms and preparation
Qualifications
- Previous Pharmacy Technician experience required
- Experience with PioneerRX strongly preferred
- Strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Honest, reliable, and open to feedback
- Basic pharmaceutical math skills
