Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that lay the groundwork for life-long learning and social-emotional skills.
- Create a nurturing environment that supports toddler care, preschool activities, and early intervention strategies.
- Manage classroom activities to ensure safety, engagement, and positive behavior management.
- Collaborate with families to discuss each child's progress, needs, and developmental milestones.
- Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, child development reports, and classroom observations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children. Preferably in a daycare or preschool setting, including classroom management and lesson planning.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles.
- Familiarity with early childhood curriculum development.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a collaborative environment.
- Classroom experience is preferred.
- Certification or training in early childhood development is a plus.
