We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our onsite team.
Position Overview
The Leasing Agent is the first point of contact for prospective and current residents. This role is responsible for leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with daily office operations to ensure smooth property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet, tour, and build relationships with prospective residents
- Conduct property tours and highlight features, amenities, and community benefits
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries
- Process applications, run screening reports, and prepare lease documents
- Assist with move-in and move-out procedures
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Support marketing efforts, including social media posts, outreach, and community events
- Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfaction
- Follow Fair Housing laws and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents
Qualifications
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using property management software (training provided if needed)
- Weekend availability required
