We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for a full-time, on-site position in Fort Collins, CO. This role involves performing maintenance and repairs, conducting preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring that all properties meet high-quality standards. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for identifying and addressing issues proactively to ensure a seamless experience for our property owners and guests.
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
- Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues across various systems
- Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair, including attention to detail and reliability
- Knowledge in Industrial Maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various properties in Fort Collins
- Previous experience in property or facility maintenance is preferred
