Ski Apparel Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic store associate to be a part of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and performing essential business operations. This role requires strong organization skills, an understanding of a retail environment, and the ability to work by yourself and with teammates. The store associate will play a crucial role in maintaining store standards, managing inventory, and organization of rental products. This is a seasonal position that begins in November 2025 and ends in April 2026. Must be able to work weekends.DutiesExecute all store operations, including laundering, store appearance, shipping, receiving, POS transactions, and customer service.Manage inventory control processesFollow standard operating proceduresAnswer calls, emails, and all necessary customer communication channelsMonitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.Maintain high standards of merchandising, pricing, and presentation throughout the store.Open and close store without supervision. Be early/on time and willing to stay late/after close when needed.Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.Help customers try on clothing and get fittedEngage with customers to provide excellent service while resolving any issues or complaints effectively.ExperienceCandidates should possess the following qualifications:Understanding Inventory managementExcellent communication skillsMultilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.Proficient in retail math and merchandising principles.Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.Previous experience in clothing store management or retail sales is a plus.Experience laundering and folding clothes in a tidy and presentable fashion.Prior experience in gear or apparel, particularly ski, snowboard, outdoor, or performance clothing, is highly desirable.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: 401(k)Employee discountPaid time off Work Location: In person
