Site Supervisor: New Office Opening in Roanoke, VA!
Leading doctors, staff, and leadership team with single contact regarding the day-to-day operations of assigned office(s)
- Responsible for leading and managing the oral and facial surgery office
- Is instrumental in carrying out the health system’s mission, values, goals, budget, and performance standards for the office based upon corporate direction and communication to staff
- Utilizes knowledge of organization policies, procedures, and systems
- Consistently enforces all site policies, practices, procedures, and guidelines.
- Uses skills in planning, organizing, delegating, and supervising
- Works effectively with physicians, staff patients, families, public and external agencies
- Uses skills in gathering and interpreting data in the office setting
- Conforms with and abides by all laws, regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules
- Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance
- Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong leadership skills
- Must have ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving expertise

- Must maintain professionalism at all time
- Must maintain training/ continuing education requirements

- Dental office experience preferred
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels in the organization.
- Proficient in computer use including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of employees.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous front office experience, preferably in medical
