Ski/Snowboard Shop Manager – 2026/2027 Winter Season
We're hiring a Seasonal Ski/Snowboard Rental Technician for the 2026/2027 winter season, running through April 15, 2027. This is a full time 32-40 hour a week job managing a team of 1-2 individuals.
Position Requirements:
· Must be available to work weekends and Spring Break.
- Regular days off are Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- Must be a skier or snowboarder with a passion for mountain sports.
-Must be 18 or older due to setting/testing ski bindings
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Reliable attendance is essential—you must report for every scheduled shift.

Job Responsibilities:
· Fit customers with the appropriate ski and snowboard rental equipment.
· Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests have a safe, enjoyable experience.
· Operate the rental and retail point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
· Some shop work such as binding tests, waxing and edging skis/snowboards
· Learn and maintain knowledge of all retail products, including skis, snowboards, boots, bindings, helmets, goggles, sunglasses, gloves, mittens, and other mountain essentials.
· Assist with maintaining the rental fleet, merchandising the retail floor, and keeping the shop clean, organized, and ready for guests.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
