Provide broad administrative support to business operations by reporting to designated manager within Clinical Resources. Partnering with department associates and utilizing all available resources, will
provide support to business operations.

We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility, variety, and career growth, while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.
Pay Range
$24.03 - $36.59 /hour

Job Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Bachelors Degree preferred; Bachelor in Business, Data Science, or related Field.
1 year experience working with scheduling and timekeeping systems preferred.
Proficient with Google Sheets/spreadsheets preferred.
Strong organizational skills - unit or department secretary roles preferred.
Able to navigate technology effectively.
Knowledge of healthcare operations preferred.
Organized self-started.
Must be able to work independently and collaboratively.
SCHEDULE:
Normal office hours - 8AM - 4PM, flexible hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
