What you’ll do

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions and returns.
• Stock and maintain merchandise displays to ensure an appealing shopping environment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store to enhance the customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers, utilizing strong phone etiquette when necessary.

Basic qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer interaction.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
