Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Keyholder role located in Franklin, TN. The Keyholder will assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, supervising staff, providing exceptional customer service, and driving retail sales. Responsibilities include maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment, helping customers select products, sharing expert product knowledge, and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience for all visitors. Additional tasks such as managing inventory and supporting team members in achieving sales goals are integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of outdoor products and equipment relevant to activities such as backpacking, climbing, hiking, and more.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Experience in retail sales to meet and exceed store sales goals and drive business growth.
- Exceptional customer service and customer experience skills to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Leadership experience and ability to support and supervise staff during shifts.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management processes is a plus.
