Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Keyholder position based in Nashville, TN. The Keyholder will play a critical role in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, contributing to retail sales targets, maintaining product knowledge to engage with customers effectively, and fostering a welcoming environment that reflects the Lele Sadoughi brand. The Keyholder will also support in training and guiding team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the absence of the General Manager.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Retail Sales and proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Experience with CRM and clienteling background preferred
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to engage and build relationships with clients
- Comprehensive Product Knowledge with the ability to educate customers about the brand and products
- Outstanding Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
- Leadership skills and prior experience in a supervisory or keyholder role is a plus
- Passion for fashion and accessories, with a keen eye for detail
