Mountain Gateway Community College is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable EMS Skill Instructor to join our team and help train the next generation of emergency medical service professionals. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality education in emergency medical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on training in essential skills
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure competency in practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
- Stay current with advancements in EMS practices, protocols, and technology through professional development and continuing education.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Ensure all training equipment and facilities are maintained and in compliance with safety regulations.
