This position plays a vital role in supporting both clinical and administrative operations, ensuring seamless patient care and excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Process referrals to specialists and imaging centers.Obtain prior authorizations and document appropriately.Schedule appointments and communicate details to patients.Track referral outcomes and coordinate follow-up with clinical staff.Handle incoming/outgoing medical records requests in compliance with HIPAA.Maintain accurate and secure electronic and paper records.Greet patients and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.Verify insurance, collect co-payments, and process charges.Answer calls, route messages, and support communication between teams.Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience: Basic computer and typing skills; familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
