- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide expert recommendations to enhance their dining experience
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments, and give correct change while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or nightclub settings, is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for reservations and order management
- Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and order processing
- Experience with culinary preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and increase sales
