What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager Assistant-Administrative position at MOUNTAIN CARE PHARMACY?
Purpose:
We are a locally owned and operated Pharmacy providing specialty services to our community including, Hospice, Long Term Care, and Compounding. We are looking for a Project Manager to help execute various Administrative Projects from research to execution; and to aid in projects that help our company’s rapid growth. Creating new processes and keeping organization with new and existing processes.
Experience/Education:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Be at least 18 years of age.
· Pharmacy Technician license or willingness to get one.
· Ensure HIPPA compliance and patient confidentiality.
· Outgoing, warm, personable, professional demeanor and willingness to help wherever needed.
Essential Functions:
· Research, planning, execution and follow through of various Administrative projects such as but not limited to, assist employee with benefit questions and enrollment, updating existing policies and creating new ones as needed, re-credentialing, timeclock corrections and monitoring, CRM, automation change over and execution, end of year tasks, record retention and destruction, Vendor communications- contracts, and oversite, planning and ordering for special projects/events, compliance auditing and rectification planning for Pharmacy and employment law standards, all other tasks as assigned by Admin Team.
· Assist with moving, rearranging, setting up workstations, and other details involved in growth, expansion, and future growth.
· Creating SOPs and training documents for the processes you are responsible for/ as needed.
· Updating/creating policies and procedures as needed.
· Tracking and compliance of regulatory needs
· Organize and set up for employee engagement events and parties.
· Communicate and assist Staff members with needs
· Promotion and sales of our PBM, if time allows.
· Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
· Train and share information with other team mates any time you can.
· Openness and willingness to cross train into any task or department that business needs necessitate.
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to sit/stand for up to 10 hours.
· Must be able to lift and push or pull up to 50lbs.
Other skills and abilities include:
· Have typing skills of at least 40 wpm.
· Pass a drug test.
· Maintain information confidentiality.
· Offer flexibility in work hour scheduling.

Hours:
Approximately 40 hours per week. It is expected that all staff stay until all tasks for the day are complete.
