Ticket Seller

Ticket Sellers/Cashiers provide exceptional service while processing sales transactions of various products. This position is great for anyone who loves to ski/snowboard, as we have great perks for our employees to also enjoy our resort and sister resorts throughout the country. Duties & Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions and help guests activate pre-purchased products.
• Operate the point of sale system accurately and efficiently.
• Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
• Be knowledgeable and willing to answer questions about ski areas, services, and current conditions.
• Answer phone calls and assist guests
• Answer emails as assigned
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Work well with team members, demonstrate good communication skills, and promote a positive work environment.
• Follow supervisors direction and perform other duties as assigned.
