Description
Ticket Sellers/Cashiers provide exceptional service while processing sales transactions of various products. This position is great for anyone who loves to ski/snowboard, as we have great perks for our employees to also enjoy our resort and sister resorts throughout the country. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process sales transactions and help guests activate pre-purchased products.
- Operate the point of sale system accurately and efficiently.
- Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Be knowledgeable of product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Be knowledgeable and willing to answer questions about ski areas, services, and current conditions.
- Answer phone calls and assist guests
- Answer emails as assigned
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Work well with team members, demonstrate good communication skills, and promote a positive work environment.
- Follow supervisors direction and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must have excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
- Must be able to sit, stand, and talk for long periods of time.
