This position requires mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn the skills of the trade, with a basic knowledge in one or more of the following: electrical, plumbing, construction.

Duties

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment.
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify issues and create a plan for repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
• Install appliances, fixtures, and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
