What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager position at Mountain CAP Family Support Center--Upshur?
Mountain CAP of WV is hiring a full-time Parent Resource Navigator for our Upshur County Family Support Center located in Buckhannon. The position will assist legal-involved parents with completing Court/DHHR case plan goals. A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree in human resources, social work, psychology, criminal justice or related field is preferred. A combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered. Experience working with court involved youth or adults preferred, as well as knowledge of the West Virginia statutes related to family law. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and must complete CIB and Child/Adult Abuse and Neglect Registry Checks. Applicants must have excellent oral and written communication skills and must be organized and efficient. Must possess a valid driver’s license, insurance and dependable transportation.
