• ️ What You’ll Do

Take the lead and make every install count:
✅ Lead residential HVAC installations for new construction projects
✅ Install furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductwork & IAQ systems
✅ Read & interpret blueprints, load calculations & install plans •
✅ Ensure work meets company standards, manufacturer specs & local codes
✅ Train, coach & mentor apprentices and junior installers •
✅ Communicate clearly with homeowners & builders •️
✅ Maintain accurate job documentation •
✅ Keep job sites clean, safe & organized ️
✅ Troubleshoot field issues and deliver timely solutions

• What You Bring
• 3 years of residential HVAC install experience (new construction preferred)
• Leadership experience or readiness to step into a lead role
• Strong HVAC system & installation knowledge
• Ability to read blueprints & technical documents
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record •
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces & varying weather •
• Physical Requirements

This is a hands on leadership role that includes:

• ️ Working in hot & cold conditions
• Climbing ladders & working in elevated or confined spaces
• Lifting & carrying 50 lbs
• Bending, kneeling, crawling & working in tight spaces
