Mountain Air is hiring an HVAC Install Assistant to support residential and light commercial installation projects in the {Location} area. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, eager to learn the trade, and takes pride in quality work.

What You’ll Do- Assist with residential and light commercial HVAC installations
- Support lead installers with equipment setup, material handling, and jobsite prep
- Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
- Follow safety procedures and company installation standards
- Represent Mountain Air with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Interest in learning the HVAC trade (prior experience a plus, not required)
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and team-first mindset
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with others
