What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and components
- Perform system installations, replacements, and upgrades
- Provide routine preventative maintenance services
- Build accurate repair estimates and explain solutions to customers
- Educate customers about maintenance, performance, and repair needs
- Ensure all work complies with HVAC codes, safety standards, and company policies
- Mentor and support junior technicians as needed
- Communicate professionally with clients and teammates to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain EPA certification)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and outdoor environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a team-player attitude
- Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn new skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (DMV report required)
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
