We are seeking a dynamic and hardworking individuals to join our team as servers, bussers, and food runners. This staff is vital to ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests by maintaining cleanliness, delivering food, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to keep the restaurant running smoothly, delivering food and drinks efficiently, and ensuring tables are clean and ready for the next guests.
Responsibilities:
Server:
- Greet guests promptly and with a friendly attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders, provide menu recommendations, and ensure order accuracy.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and attend to their needs during their dining experience.
- Handle payments and close out checks accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dining area.
Busser:
- Clear and reset tables quickly between guests.
- Assist servers by bringing water, bread, or condiments as needed.
- Ensure tables, chairs, and floors are clean and presentable.
- Remove trash and food waste from the dining area.
- Restock stations with necessary supplies like utensils, napkins, and glassware.
Food Runner:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables in a timely manner.
- Confirm the accuracy of orders and ensure the proper presentation of food.
- Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen and servers.
- Assist in the kitchen during busy periods by helping with basic prep or organizing.
- Previous experience in a restaurant environment is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
