Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and supervise youth while modeling positive behavior
- Support daily routines, recreational activities, and life skills development
- Assist with individualized treatment plans and psychosocial education
- Provide emotional support and help youth develop healthy coping skills
- Document services, progress, and incidents accurately
- Starting pay at $20 dollars per hour
