Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) is seeking dedicated Awake Overnight Residential Counselors to provide supervision and support to adolescents in our residential treatment program in Pike, New Hampshire. This role is ideal for individuals who want to make a meaningful impact during critical overnight hours while gaining experience in behavioral health and human services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overnight supervision and ensure student safety
- Assist with bedtime routines and morning transitions
- Offer support during crises and maintain a calm environment
- Build positive, trusting relationships with youth
- Accurately document incidents, observations, and progress
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting at $20 dollars per hour plus a $1000 Sign on Bonus - limited time

Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or 60 college credits, or relevant experience
- Two years of experience working with youth or seven years of parenting experience considered
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of background checks
