We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Packaging Technician to join our growing production team. If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in producing high-quality products, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Package cannabis products according to company SOPs and New York State regulations.
- Accurately label, weigh, count, and inspect products for quality.
- Assemble packaging materials and prepare finished goods for shipment.
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
- Follow all METRC, GMP, sanitation, and compliance requirements.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
- Assist with inventory counts and material preparation.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production goals.
- Report quality concerns or equipment issues to supervisors immediately.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required New York cannabis employee authorization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Previous manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or cannabis experience is preferred but not required.
