JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Department: Administration
Reports to: Director of Operations and Management
Job Summary: Assist with the day to day operations of the Administration/Finance Department, Advancement Department, Special Events and Alumnae Department, Marketing Department and Admissions and Recruitment Department.
Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Student/Parent Fundraisers
- Coordinate and Assist with Alumnae Fundraisers
- Assist with McAuley Gala
- Liaison with PTA and Athletic Boosters for school contact
- Assist with publication of HORIZONS and other publications of Advancement Department
- Coordinate work study program
- Recruit and manage all parent, student and alumnae volunteers
- Assist with mailings for Business, Advancement and Admissions Departments
- Manage Results Plus database
- Report on Venmo and Yourpay monthly to the Finance Department
- Administrative duties as assigned throughout departments
Additional job responsibilities:
- Attend events at request of Head of School
- Attend staff and faculty meetings at request of Head of School
- Other duties as assigned
