Mount Indie is looking for a Contracts Administrator with federal government contracting experience to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple contacts.What you’ll do:Contract AdministrationComplete contract administration tasks from contract award through contract closeout (including all contract closeout certs and documents)Administer various Government and Commercial agreements and contracts (e.g., FFP, CR, CPFF, T&M, IDIQs, SOWs, Subcontracts, TAs, and POs)Prepare and maintain contract briefs, summarizing contract terms and other key informationMaintain up-to-date contract information in ERP (MS Dynamics BC), SharePoint, ShareFile, and government websites as requiredReviews and performs periodic audits to ensure the quality and accuracy of contract information within our data sources (ERP, Contract Status Report)Coordinate Contract kick-off meetingsCoordinate monthly Financial/Contracts review meetings with each business areaMaintain contract status report, performance metrics, and compliance. This includes a contract status report of all contracts, including PoP, TCV, FCV, billed to date, revenue to date, backlog (remaining), and withheld fee (including LOF)Utilize knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations and Prime Contractor flow-down provisions, usage, and applicabilityFAR/DFAR compliance coordination with PurchasingSupport compliance in navigating federal contract bids, agreements, and schedules. Ensuring our registrations and memberships are current (for example, SAM.gov.)Manage and administer company NDAsNDA Training:Review of processCoordination of information sent out under NDAsProposal support/coordination:Reps & certsW9sPrime documentation / compliance questionnairesEnsures and monitors contract compliance, including project deliverables and billings submission in working with PMO and Finance (CDRLs)Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR controls, including Technical Assistance AgreementsMaintain detailed and organized digital records of all contractual documentsAssist with internal contracting policies and proceduresAssist with Government property audits, as neededProtects the organization's value by keeping information confidentialSubcontract & Consultant AdministrationCoordinate consultant and subcontractor agreements and documentation. This includes oversight of subcontractor and consultant agreements and complianceMonthly reviews of the Subcontract and Consultant agreementsReps & Certs reviewsAnnual review of subcontractors and consultantsCoordination of task ordersCoordination DD254 w/ FSOReview of invoicingCoordination of review of SDRLS w/ PMOCloseoutsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldMinimum 4 years of experience in federal defense contract administrationPrior experience at both large and small-to-midsized companiesHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsDemonstrated experience proactively responding to federal contracts requirements and tracking contract deliverablesExperience with and extensive knowledge of DoD contracts and process with all contract types, including fixed-price, T&M and cost reimbursable Comprehensive knowledge of the FAR and DFAR’s clauses U.S. citizenship Nice to have:Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERPExperience with Small Business Innovative Research and Other Transaction Agreement contracts NCMA Certification in one or more: CPCM, CFCM and/or CPM Active security clearance
Salary : $80,000 - $105,000
