Title: Full Time Assistant Property Manager
Reports to: Property Manager
Job location: Holyoke MA 01040
Full time Assistant Property Manager needed for busy rental office in Holyoke. Two years of property management experience preferred.
Essential Duties:
· Assist with lease preparation, renewals, move in and move out procedures.
· Coordinate and prepare annual lease renewals and income verifications.
· Help market vacant units and work closely with Property Manager on all administrative and compliance tasks.
· Assist with resolving tenant issues. Communicate company rules and regulations to tenants.
· Communicate with tenants, housing authorities and other government and housing/finance agencies and organizations.
· Other assigned duties essential for daily operations or any other duties assigned by Regional Property Manager or Property Manager.
Salary range: $45,000 - $58,000 bonus eligible

Job Requirements:
High school diploma, Associate Degree in related field or work-related experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Drug and background check mandatory. EOE
