Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute corporate sales strategies targeting major foodservice distributors.
- Conduct headquarters calls to influence distributor decision-makers and align on growth initiatives.
- Develop and manage annual business plans, promotional calendars, and performance reviews with distributor partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and supply chain to ensure alignment on execution and service levels.
- Monitor distributor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and distributor conferences.
- Proven experience in foodservice sales, preferably with direct engagement at the corporate level with Sysco, US Foods, or Gordon Food Service.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering sales growth and managing complex accounts.
- Ability to travel as needed to distributor headquarters and key market locations.
- Culinary Experience preferred but not required
- BA Degree preferred but not required
