Hours are Mon, Wed, Thurs - 4:30p-7p, Weekends - Sat 2p-7p and Sun 9a-2p

Job Responsibilities:
- Warmly acknowledge and greet visitors, guests, residents, and vendors
- Operate multi-line telephone system, direct calls to appropriate individuals or departments
- Receive and relay requests within the facility via paging system
- Provide directions and information to visitors, guests, residents, vendors, etc.
- Adhere to safety procedures when operating office equipment; report malfunctions
- Assist with preparing new admission materials as requested
- Coordinate dietary slips daily and perform administrative tasks for various departments
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED;
- At least one year’s experience working in a customer service related field preferred
