Position Purpose
- Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records
- Specialty: Primary Care
- Location: 370 E Broad St, Pataskala, OH 43062
- Hours of office: Monday-Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Welcome patients
- Register patients
- Gather insurance, check demographics
- Soft collections
- Answering incoming calls
- EPIC
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent
- Licensure / Certification: N/A
- Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred
- Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
- Basic computer skills required
