Job Description : We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our organization. This role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, clients, and employees, as well as ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
• Manage scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings.
• Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages accurately.
  
  

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
