residents. **We are seeking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse -

LPN.** - All shifts available! - \$35.50 to \$40.50 per hour based on

experience plus additional for shift diffs. - \$1,200 Sign-On Bonus for

Full-Time - Excellent staff retention - Earn up to 30 days of PTO - We

Nursing Facility in Berkshire County **LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Qualifications:** - Graduate of an accredited nursing program. - Nursing

License - LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse in MA. - BLS Certification

required. - Nursing Home: 1 year (Preferred). - Must be able to

supervise and delegate. **LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Introduction:**

Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in planning, organizing, developing, and

directing the nursing unit activities. **LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary:** - Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in problem identification

and development of correction plans. - Check all ill residents early in

the shift, make periodic assessments, report changes. - Assess resident

care needs for Minimum Data Set, Resident Assessment protocols and

Interdisciplinary care plans. - Report resident condition changes and

document in Medical Record. - Administer and record prescribed
