We are seeking an energetic and personable Front Desk Attendant to serve as the welcoming face of our hotel . In this role, you will manage front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service. The front desk attendant will usually wear several hats—not just check guests in and out, but also help keep the hotel organized and guest-ready.
Qualifications:
- General computer skills
- Phone etiquette is essential
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple responsibilities
- Previous hotel experience is advantageous but not required
