Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care
• Handle food preparation and food handling duties in accordance with food safety standards
• Operate our CORE operating systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations and seating areas
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly
• Manage cash register operations with basic math skills to ensure accurate cashiering and cash handling
• Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests

Experience

• Previous barista experience or café experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Experience in food service or retail math to handle transactions confidently
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food preparation, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced setting
