Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records using CRM and practice management software
- Coordinate appointment reminders, follow-ups, and rescheduling as needed
- Support the clinical team with smooth day-to-day front desk operations
- Ensure the reception area reflects the high standards of our brand
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of high-volume front desk or reception experience in a medical, dental, or medical aesthetics setting required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment
- Experience with CRM or practice management software strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Professional, polished, and patient-centered approach
- Interest in growing into an Office Manager role is a plus
