Your day will begin with greeting customers and listening carefully to their needs, whether it's routine maintenance or more complex repairs. You'll act as the communication hub, keeping clients informed about their vehicle's status and coordinating with our technicians to ensure timely and accurate service. You'll be responsible for estimating repair costs, managing work orders, and ensuring smooth billing procedures. Throughout the day, you'll be problem-solving, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining our high standards of service.
